Abstract:
The present invention relates to an eyeglass frame having an inner core material using thermo-compression between upper and lower synthetic resins, and a preparation method thereof. More specifically, the eyeglass frame (100) is completed through the sequential steps comprising: the plate formation step (10) of obtaining upper and lower plates (11, 12); the mounting step (20) of mounting a rigid member(114) on an upper portion of the lower plate (12); the plate combination step (30) of covering an upper portion of the rigid member (114) with the upper plate (11) and compression molding the same so as to obtain a combined plate (31); the lens eyeglass frame shape formation step (40) of acquiring inner and outer diameters of the combined plate (31), including the metal reinforcement (114) and processing the same into the shape of a lens eyeglass frame so as to obtain a lens frame plate (41); the bending step (50) of forming a bent angle by bending the lens eyeglass frame plate (41); the glossy layer formation step (60) of polishing the surface thereof and forming a glossy layer; and the combining step (70) of combining lens eyeglass frames (110) and temples (120) with a combining member (130). The eyeglass frame can be lightweight due to a small thickness, has high durability and safety since the eyeglass frame is not easily broken due to very high strength and elasticity while having reduced weight, and can be semi-permanently used and has remarkable economic efficiency since the shape of the lens eyeglass frames (110) is not modified.
