Abstract:
An eyesight training device and a method therefor; the device comprises: a binocular visual-field separation device (100), comprising a double separation plate (1) and an adjustment unit (5), wherein the double separation plate (1) comprises two separation plates movably connected to form an included angle, and the adjustment unit (5) is used for adjusting the included angle between the two separation plates; and a display screen (200), the double separation plate (1) separating the display screen (200) into a left visual field and a right visual field. The method comprises: arranging two separation plates at a near-screen side (3); respectively providing at least two movable training visual targets (300) on the left and right sides of the separated display screen (200); when opposite-direction fused images obtained by the visual center of the brain of a trained person overlap, the two training visual targets (300) respectively returning to first eye positions along original paths; and repeating the described steps at least twice. By means of completely new systematic training, the present device recovers and maintains the peak value of eyesight by performing early intervention on poor eyesight caused by myopia, and avoids, slows or prevents the occurrence and progression of false myopia and true myopia.
