Abstract:
The present invention is a planar fabric having two or more layers where a body (A) formed from a thread (A) and a body (B) formed from a thread (B) are woven together, wherein the thread (A) and thread (B) are both warps or are both weft, and the shrinking percentage (SA%) of thread (A) and the shrinking percentage (SB%) of thread (B) satisfy a specified range. The application of heat causes this fabric to spontaneously become a tube having sufficient overlap in the circumferential direction. The tube is more amenable to the insertion of conductive wires and can reliably protect the conductive wires without exposing the inserted conductive wires.
