Disclosed in the present invention are a fabricated tire sheet pile wall and a construction method therefor. The sheet pile wall comprises: a foundation layer that is provided at the bottom and used for piling, several filling layers that are provided on the foundation layer and used for forming a wall body, and a top layer that is provided on the top of the filling layers. Connecting layers for anchoring are respectively disposed between the foundation layer and the filling layers, between adjacent filling layers, and between the filling layers and the top layer; each of the connecting layers is composed of at least two first prefabricated sheet pile blocks that are sequentially connected in the left and right direction; and tires for cushioning external force are provided on side walls of the filling layers, the connecting layers, and the top layer. The fabricated tire sheet pile wall of the present invention can be used for multiple support types such as river banks and embankments; a tire structure has an elastic protection effect on a wall body when the wall body is hit by a boat or vehicle; moreover, a reasonable utilization rate of waste resources is improved, single or multiple damaged wall bodies can be replaced when damaged, and the operation is safe and efficient.
