Abstract:
According to the present invention, an inter-vehicle communication system, in which a plurality of ground stations disposed on the ground and an on-vehicle station mounted to a train set can perform ground-vehicle communication by wireless communication, comprises: a wired transceiving unit (111) that performs wired communication with a ground station ; a control unit (112) that performs control for accumulating determination criteria information that serves as information about communication states of the ground stations and the on-vehicle station when the ground stations and the on-vehicle station are in communication; and a failure type determining unit (115) that determines, on the basis of the determination criteria information, a failure type generated with the inter-vehicle communication system.
