Abstract:
A failure information sharing system in which a plurality of component mounting machines (11) constituting a plurality of user-side component mounting lines (12) are communicatively connected to a support-side information server (17) via a network (16), said support-side information server (17) being provided with: an information registration unit (31) which collects and registers information relating to failures that occurred in the plurality of user-side component mounting machines, and updates and registers failure avoidance information relating to each failure as soon as a method for avoiding the failure is found on the support side; and an information delivery unit (32) which delivers the failure information and the failure avoidance information to the plurality of user-side component mounting machines periodically or each time registration information is updated. Each component mounting machine is provided with: an information reception unit (33) which receives the failure information and the failure avoidance information delivered from the information server periodically or each time registration information is updated; and an information communication unit (34) which communicates, to a manufacturing manager on the user side, at least failure information and failure avoidance information that are included in the received failure information and failure avoidance information, and that relate to failures that may occur in the component mounting machine.
