Abstract:
A fatigue reducing system (1) for reducing fatigue of a user comprises a massage device (40), a heat supplying device (30), and a controlling device (20). The massage device (40) gives massage stimulation to a predetermined part of the user. The heat supplying device (30) gives at least one of warm heat stimulation and cool heat stimulation to a predetermined part of the user. The controlling device (20) controls driving of the massage device (40) and the heat supplying device (30). The controlling device (20) drives the massage device (40) and the heat supplying device (30) to start a fatigue reducing mode for reducing fatigue of the user when predetermined conditions are established. In the fatigue reducing mode, a massage mode for driving the massage device (40) is executed, the massage mode is completed after a lapse of a predetermined period, and a heat stimulation mode for driving the heat supplying device (30) is executed after the massage mode is completed.
