Abstract:
This ionizing radiation conversion device (100) comprises a first electrode (11), a second electrode (13), and an ionizing radiation conversion layer (12) layered between the first electrode (11) and the second electrode (13). The first electrode (11) contains a first metal, the second electrode (13) contains at least one selected from the group consisting of a second metal and metal oxides, and the ionizing radiation conversion layer (12) contains a perovskite compound. The difference obtained by subtracting the value of the work function of the first electrode (11) from the value of the electron affinity of the ionizing radiation conversion layer (12) is 0-0.4 eV (inclusive).
