Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fermented beverage manufacturing device and method and, more particularly, to a fermented beverage manufacturing device and method by which a hand-made fermented beverage can be manufactured even without professional knowledge or brewing equipment. An embodiment of the present invention may provide a fermented beverage manufacturing device comprising: a plurality of keg cells provided with kegs; a cool air supply unit including a compressor, a condenser, and an evaporator module provided to communicate with each of the plurality of keg cells; a fan provided in each of the plurality of keg cells to supply cool air from the evaporator module to the inside of the keg cell; a main PCB for controlling the operation of the cool air supply unit on the basis of a basic operation mode; and a cell PCB which communicates with the main PCB and controls the operation of the fan, wherein the main PCB is provided to be connected to an external server through communication to control the operation of the cool air supply unit on the basis of a correction operation mode that is switched through the external server.
