Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fermented beverage manufacturing device and a fermented beverage manufacturing method and, more specifically, to a fermented beverage manufacturing device and a fermented beverage manufacturing method, which enable a user to manufacture a handmade fermented beverage without expert knowledge or brewing equipment. An embodiment of the present invention may provide a fermented beverage system comprising: a fermented beverage manufacturing device in which basic control logic for manufacturing and storing a fermented beverage is installed; and an external server connected to the fermented beverage manufacturing device through communication, wherein: the fermented beverage manufacturing device transmits, to the server, information about a fermented beverage to be manufactured; the server transmits a control parameter for a fermented beverage manufacturing recipe to the fermented beverage manufacturing device on the basis of the transmitted fermented beverage information; and the fermented beverage manufacturing device manufactures the fermented beverage on the basis of the transmitted control parameter.
