Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fermented beverage production apparatus and method, and, more particularly, to a fermented beverage production apparatus and method, which enable homemade fermented beverages to be produced without technical knowledge or brewing equipment. According to one embodiment of the present invention, provided is a fermented beverage production apparatus comprising: a coupler coupled to the cap of a keg for accommodating a crude liquid; an intermediate coupler coupled to a plurality of sub additional packs for accommodating additional substances; a crude liquid flow path provided between the coupler and the intermediate coupler so that the crude liquid flows therein; a pump, which is provided on the crude liquid flow path, and allows the crude liquid to bidirectionally flow between the keg and the additional pack in order for the crude liquid inside the keg to be supplied into the additional pack, and then be collected in the keg; and a flow path switching device provided at the intermediate coupler to switch the flow path between the crude liquid flow path and the plurality of sub additional packs.
