Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a highly heat-resistant fiber-reinforced resin base material which exhibits excellent impregnation ability and thermal stability, while having good surface quality with less voids. [Solution] A fiber-reinforced resin base material which is obtained by impregnating a continuous reinforcing fiber or a reinforcing fiber base material, wherein discontinuous fibers are dispersed, with a polyphenylene sulfide resin composition, and which has a glass transition temperature of 115°C or higher as determined by a DMA method (bending mode).
