Abstract:
Disclosed by the present invention is a method for preparing a filler used for a water-based container coating, comprising: loading 20-50 parts of barium sulfate, 0.5-2 parts of a surfactant and 1-5 parts of a dispersant into a mixer, adding 2-5 parts of water, stirring for 10-12 hours, letting stand for 5-10 hours, and then grinding for 3-6 hours to obtain a mixture; loading the obtained mixture into a container, adding water for dispersion, adding sodium alginate, stirring at 30-50°C for 1-4 hours, and letting stand for 12-24 hours to obtain a composite hydrogel; (3) drying the obtained composite hydrogel so that the hydrogel forms a xerogel, then adding the xerogel to a ball mill and milling for 0.5-1 hour to obtain a filler used for a water-based container coating. Further disclosed in the present invention are a filler used for a water-based container coating and a water-based container coating. The filler prepared by the preparation method of the present invention has the characteristics of good stability and dispersibility.
