Provided is a filter device that makes it possible to easily and more accurately suppress deterioration of filter properties.　A filter device 1 according to the present invention comprises: a piezoelectric substrate 4 including a piezoelectric layer that has a first and second main surface which are opposite from each other; a plurality of elastic wave resonators each having a first IDT electrode that is provided to the first main surface, and a second IDT electrode that is provided to the second main surface and that is opposite from the first IDT electrode; and a plurality of through electrodes 15 passing through the piezoelectric layer. A continuous circuit part 1A, 1B is configured in which the plurality of elastic wave resonators each having first and second IDT electrodes are connected in a continuous manner. The first IDT electrodes and the second IDT electrodes of the plurality of elastic wave resonators each have a pair of busbars. The continuous circuit part 1A, 1B has a plurality of wirings. The wirings include the busbars. The wirings positioned at ends of the continuous circuit part 1A, 1B are end part wirings. In each elastic wave resonator having busbars included in the end part wirings, the end part wirings that include the busbars of the first and second IDT electrodes are connected to each other via a through electrode 15.
