Abstract:
Provided are a filtering device, a radio frequency front-end device and a wireless communication device. The filtering device comprises: a substrate, a passive device and at least one resonance device, wherein the passive device comprises a first side and a second side opposite the first side, the substrate is located on the first side, and the at least one resonance device is located on the second side. The resonance device (e.g. an SAW or a BAW resonance device) and the passive device (e.g. IPD) are integrated into a die to form a radio frequency filtering device, and thus, the width of a passband can be widened, high out-of-band rejection is achieved, and the occupied space in a radio frequency front-end chip is reduced.
