Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem that the amount of fine bubbles generated by conventional fine bubble generation devices is insufficient.
One aspect of the fine bubble generation device according to the present invention has: a supply port 20 into which a liquid is supplied; a discharge port 21 from which the liquid supplied from the supply port 20 is discharged; a flow channel that is formed such that the liquid flows between the supply port 20 and the discharge port 21; communication holes 13c provided in side walls of the flow channel; negative pressure generation chambers 22 adjacent to the flow channel with the walls interposed therebetween, and joined to the flow channel via the communication holes 13c; and an exterior case provided with the supply port 20 at one end and the discharge port 21 at the other end, and sealing the negative pressure generation chambers 22 while the liquid flows through the flow channel. The flow channel has a flow rate acceleration section in which the diameter of the flow channel becomes smaller than the diameter of the supply port 20, and a flow rate deceleration section, the diameter of which increases compared to that of the flow rate acceleration section at the side of the discharge port 21 from the flow rate acceleration section. The communication holes 13c are provided in the side walls of the flow rate acceleration section.
