Abstract:
A gas-liquid mixed fluid in which water is in a subcritical state and a gas is in a supercritical state is cooled to reduce the temperature of the gas-liquid mixed fluid to lower than the critical temperature of the gas, whereby fine bubbles are produced in the gas-liquid mixed fluid. The gas-liquid mixed fluid is then heated to increase the temperature of the gas-liquid mixed fluid to the critical temperature of the gas or higher, whereby the fine bubbles are dissolved in the gas-liquid mixed fluid. By repeating these processes in an alternating manner, fine bubbles can be repeatedly produced in the gas-liquid mixed fluid.
