Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a finishing process for a knitted fabric, comprising the following steps: making a decontamination finishing liquid: adjusting the PH of water to PH=3, and adding 5g-8g/L of a cross-linking agent, 4g-5g/L of a magnesium chloride catalyst, and 35g-40g/L of an organic fluorine compound to obtain a solution; impregnating the knitted fabric in the finishing liquid: warming the decontamination finishing liquid to 25-35°C, placing the fabric to be finished into said liquid to remain therein for 20-30 min; squeezing out the liquid: squeezing the liquid out from the impregnated fabric, and maintaining a fabric liquid carrying rate of 70-85%; then drying and carrying out an antibacterial treatment. The finishing process for the antibacterial knitted fabric of the present invention has good water-repellent and oil-repellent properties, is widely applicable to various oil-stained working environments such as clothing fabrics, kitchen and table cloths, etc., may improve the antibacterial properties of the fabric, and has a good antibacterial effect and a long usage time.
