Abstract:
A process for making knitted fabric comprises the following steps: adding, into 20-50 parts by mass of deionized water, 1-5 parts by mass of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 3 parts by mass of guanidine antimicrobial agent, 5 parts by mass of polyoxyethylene polyamine, and 2 parts by mass of nanoscale magnesium hydroxide, and stirring the mixture thoroughly; meanwhile, slowly adding 1 part by mass of polyoxyethylene sorbitan fatty acid ester, 2 parts by mass of volatile oil from Schizonepeta tenuifolia, 3 parts by mass of tetrakis(hydroxymethyl)phosphonium chloride, and 1 part by mass of aloe emodin, and continuously stirring the mixture until completely and evenly mixed to prepare finishing liquor; and performing antimicrobial treatment. Disclosed is a post-production process of making knitted fabric for headwear, wherein a finished fabric has excellent flame-retardant, antimicrobial, anti-wrinkle, and anti-static properties, excellent washability, can increase the antimicrobial property of a fabric, has good antimicrobial effects, and has an extended product life.
