Abstract:
The fire chain cabinet |2), that is designed for stranded people who are waiting to be rescued to escape fires on their own, consists of 5 pieces in total. The carrying ring (the main carrier) (2) will he mounted on the ceiling of each balcony during the construction of the building. The fIre chain cabinet (1) will be mounted on the balcony (6) wall after the construction, during the settlement and one end of the rescue chain (3) will be connected to the carrying ring (2) with the other end connected to the safety belt (5) inside the cabinet. One end of retractable lifeline will be connected to the safety belt {5} and the other end will be connected to the carrying· ring (the main carrier) (2). It is designed for people to safely land on the ground or the balcony below in case of a fire or any other case of being stranded, using the fire chain cabinet (1) and all the tools in it.

CLAIMS

The Fire Chain Cabinet

1. The invention is a fire chaln cabinet (1), whose ut¾ is to provide a safe landing through the balcony (6), which is the only place to escape on each floor in case of a fire when there Is no possibility to climb down the stairs and/or eievstors using the retractable lifdine(4), rescue chain (3) and safety seat belt (5} inside the fire chain cabinet.

2. According to the claim 1, the fins drain cabinet (1) is mounted on the balcony (6) wail with the rescue chain (3) and the retractable lifeline ft} connected to the carrying ring (the main carrier) (2), that is mounted on the balcony (6) ceiling, from one end and the safety belt (5) from tins other end,.

3. According to the claim 1 and dairn 2> the carrying ring of the fine chain cabinet (1) has to be stainless steel that can carry heavy load and it should be mounted on the balcony (6) wall during the construction process.

4. According to the claim 1, dairn 2 and daim 3, the rescue chain (3) inside the fire chain cabinet (1) has to be slippery as to prevent hand from injury; it has to be able carry heavy load and be resistant to high heat and fire;

5, According to daim 1, daim 2, daim 3 and Claim 4, the safety belt (5) inside the fire chain cabinet (1) has to be able to carry heavy lead and be resistant to high heat and fire.

Description:
The Fire Chain Cabinet

This, invention is a fire chain cabinet (1} which indudes » carrying ring (main carrier) (2) which will be mounted oh the balcony ceiling (6). A rescue chain (3) which will be attached to thr carrying ring and the safety belt (S). A retractable lifeline which also will be attached to the carrying ting and ti» safety belt. In case of an emergency such as fire, people will be able to use the fire chain cabinet (1) and evacuate the building without having to welt for tile firefighters and the rescue teams.

In case of a fire, people who flee from the smoke and the flames cannot find a safe point thus run to the balconies (6) located at their current floor and helplessly wait for the firefighters and the rescue teams, in case of a delay on the arrival of the firefighters and the rescue teams or a mishap, people who are tripped at the balconies either jump down or die horribly.

The technical

The fire chain cabinet (1), with Its pieces of equipment located Intide, intends to help people, who are stock at the balconies (6) in case of a fire or another emergency, escape with their own effort without having to wait for firefighters and the rescue teams. The fire chain cabinet (1) is shown with the figures down below

The.expalnation the invention.

The fire chain cabinet (1) consists of 5 components; carrying ring (2), rescue chain (3), retractable lifeline (4), and safety belt (5). The carrying ring (the main e*rrier){2} will be attached to the mesh reinforcement of the building at the construction stage. After construction, the fire chain cabinet (1) will be mounted on the balcony (6) wall at a height which will be accessible to everyone. The rescue chain (3), toe height of which must reach the ground of the tower Roof, must be attached to the carrier ring (2) mounted on the balcony ceiling (6) and the other end must be attached to toe safety belt (5) which will remain in the fire chain cabinet (1) . The retractable lifeline (4), the height of which must reach toe ground of the lower floor, must be attached to the carrier ring mounted on the balcony ceiling and toe other end must be attached to the safety belt which will remain In toe fire chain cabinet (1). Thanks to toe fire chain cabinet, people will be able to escape from their current floor to the lower floor to case of a fire or an earthquake. If toe Incident is still occurring on toe following floor people should he able to go further down using the fire chain cabinet (1) which also will be available on that floor. This will be repeated until people safely evacuate the building. Consequently, using only the fire chain cabinet (1), toe carrying ring (2), toe retractable lifeline (4) and the safety belt (5) people who are stuck at the building will be able to escape. The fire chain catenets will be mounted on the ventilation gaps ip the buildings without a balcony.

The fire chain cabinet (1) which brings a practical solution to the problems stated above can be produced at low costs, cen be produced as easily as the other fire catenets, can be mounted easily. This invention must be obligatory at every construction. The constructions must be controlled by the municipalities and the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization. After the construction, buildings without a fire chein cabinet must not be granted residence permit and usage.
