Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fire extinguishing branch pipe manufactured with a predetermined thickness and a manufacturing method therefor. The fire extinguishing branch pipe comprises: a body portion having a cylindrical cavity formed therein to supply a fluid; a screw fastening portion having a screw thread formed at one end of the body portion so as to be screw-coupled to a main pipe; and an incline portion having an incline of 10-15 degrees at one side of the body portion in order to control the fluid flow, wherein the body portion is compressed by a press, thereby having a pipe formed with a predetermined thickness. In addition, the method for manufacturing a fire extinguishing branch pipe comprises: a first step of designing the shape of the pipe; a second step of cutting the pipe into sizes of 30-120 mm; a third step of compressing the cut pipe by using a press for forming the thickness thereof; a fourth step of screw threading the upper end of the compressed pipe; and a fifth step of performing withdrawing in order to form an incline plane of 10-15 degrees at a part in which the upper end of the body of the screw thread-formed pipe communicates with the lower end.
