Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a fire grate frame cooling system, comprising: a fire grate frame, having a cooling medium flowing cavity, and the fire grate frame being provided with a fire grate frame inlet and a fire grate frame outlet which communicate with the cooling medium flowing cavity; a static fire grate beam, being of a tubular structure, and the two ends of the static fire grate beam both communicating with the cooling medium flowing cavity; and a cooling medium tank, being used for containing a cooling medium and being provided with a medium tank outlet communicating with the inlet of the fire grate frame so as to supply the cooling medium into the cooling medium flowing cavity. The present invention can forcibly cool the fire grate frame and the static fire grate beam by means of the cooling medium so as to reduce the environment temperatures of the fire grate frame and the static fire grate beam, thereby stabilizing the structural strength of the apparatus, preventing the materials of the fire grate frame and the static fire grate beam from deformation and distortion at high temperature, prolonging the service life of the fire grate frame and the static fire grate beam, and avoiding high-temperature damage and performance reduction of oil cylinder sealing, bearings and the like. Also disclosed in the present invention is an incinerator.
