Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a grate frame, comprising: a frame body; grate side beams, each provided with a grate side beam vent chamber, a grate side beam air inlet and grate side beam air outlets, the grate side beams being provided on two sides of the top of the frame body, and the grate side beam air outlets being located at the tops of the grate side beams; and a plurality of side edge grate blocks, sequentially arranged at the tops of the grate side beams, wherein vent channels communicated with the grate side beam air outlets are formed between the side edge grate blocks and the grate side beams, and a vent gap separately communicated with a corresponding vent channel and a hearth is formed between every two adjacent side edge grate blocks. According to the present invention, the grate side beams of the grate frame can be forcibly cooled by introducing cooling air into the grate side beams, so as to reduce the environment temperature of the grate frame, and prevent the grate frame from deforming at high temperature, thereby prolonging the service life of the grate frame. Since the temperature of the cooling air rises after the cooling air exchanges heat with the grate side beams, the cooling air reaches a combustion-supporting temperature and flows into the hearth to achieve a combustion-supporting effect. Further disclosed in the present invention are a grate section and an incinerator.
