Abstract:
A five-in-one forming apparatus, comprising a first feeding device, a second feeding device, a combining device and a slitting device. First CCM sheets and second CCM sheets are respectively located on different sides of first double-hollowed-out parts and second double-hollowed-out parts, so that the first CCM sheets and the second CCM sheets are distributed in two rows in the length direction of a third composite material tape. Moreover, the first CCM sheets are sandwiched between the first hollowed-out slots and the second hollowed-out slots to form a functional area of a five-in-one assembly. A functional area of the five-in-one assembly can also be formed by sandwiching the second CCM sheets between the first hollowed-out slots and the second hollowed-out slots on the other side. Therefore, two rows of functional areas are formed in the third composite material tape, and the two rows of functional areas are slit and divided to two fourth composite material tapes, so that two groups of five-in-one assemblies are obtained.
