Abstract:
A five-in-one forming apparatus and a five-in-one forming method. The five-in-one forming apparatus comprises a boarder feeding device, a CCM feeding device, an attaching device, and a folding-in-half device. The attaching device can sequentially attach CCM sheet materials provided by the CCM feeding device to a first composite material tape provided by the boarder feeding device to obtain a second composite material tape, and each CCM sheet material is attached to any hollowed-out slot of each double-hollowed-out portion. After the second composite material tape is folded in half along the center line by means of the folding-in-half device, two hollowed-out slots of the double-hollowed-out portion overlap, so that the CCM sheet material is clamped between the two hollowed-out slots to form a functional area of a five-in-one assembly.
