Abstract:
A flare forming tool (10) comprising: a flare holder (56), a main shaft (14) disposed inside the flare holder (56) and provided with a tip portion (50) and a feed screw part (52) formed with a male thread on the rear end side, a flare cone (12) disposed eccentrically to the main shaft (14) at the tip portion (50), a plurality of pressure springs (76) extending outside the main shaft (14) along the axial direction thereof and disposed along the circumferential direction thereof, a clutch flange (66) that includes in the central portion thereof a main shaft bearing (96) having an inner circumference formed with a female thread for screwing with the feed screw part (52) of the main shaft (14) and that includes a front support portion (92) that supports the front ends of the pressure springs (76) along the outer periphery, a pressure spring receiver (60) that supports the rear ends of the pressure springs (76) so as to enable the rotation thereof about the axial direction of the main shaft (14), and a driving mechanism (22) that rotates the main shaft (14).
