Abstract:
In this analysis method, fusions (1A, 1B, 1C) comprising labels (5A, 5B, 5C) and first bonding substances (3A, 3B, 3C) that have activity of bonding with target substances (7A, 7B, 7C) are mixed with a specimen, thereby generating a mixture (21). The mixture is put into contact with second bonding substances (19, 19A, 19B, 19C) fixed to a base (12). The phenomenon of a fusion bonded to a target substance which is bonded with a second bonding substance coming into being is detected. Each of the first bonding substances is a substance composed of a nucleic acid or a substance composed of an amino acid. The base is provided in each of a plurality of regions (17A, 17B, 17C). Per each region, the target substance that the second bonding substance bonds with differs.
