Abstract:
Disclosed is a flat filament drawing machine. The flat filament drawing machine comprises a rack (1), an extrusion film-forming assembly (2), a cooling assembly (3), a traction roller assembly I (4), a cutting assembly (5), a heat traction assembly (6), a traction roller assembly II (7), a heat setting assembly (8), a traction roller assembly III (9) and a winding assembly (10). The flat filament drawing machine further comprises a protection frame I (11) mounted on the rack (1) and positioned directly above the traction roller assembly I (4), a protection frame II (12) mounted on the rack (1) and positioned directly above the traction roller assembly II (7), and a protection frame III (13) mounted on the rack (1) and positioned directly above the traction roller assembly III (9), wherein a long-strip-shaped operation hole I (14) used for operation is provided in the bottom of the protection frame I (11); a long-strip-shaped operation hole II (15) used for operation is provided in the bottom of the protection frame II (12); and a long-strip-shaped operation hole III (16) used for operation is provided in the bottom of the protection frame III (13). In the flat filament drawing machine, the protection frames, which protect the safety of an operator, are arranged at corresponding positions, and the operation holes, which are used for carrying out a corresponding operation, are provided in the protection frames, such that the safety of the operator is effectively protected on the basis that the operation is not hindered.
