Abstract:
Disclosed is a flat-plate heat pipe with a gradient wetting structure. The flat-plate heat pipe comprises a bottom plate (11), a top plate (12) and supporting plates (13) located between the bottom plate (11) and the top plate (12), wherein the bottom plate (11), the top plate (12) and the supporting plates (13) on both sides are connected to form a sealed cavity; micron-scale radiating strips are machined on an inner surface of the bottom plate (11), creating the wetting gradient evenly changing from the circle centre to the circumference; a radiating structure where super-hydrophilic regions and super-hydrophobic regions are arranged at intervals are machined on an inner surface of the top plate (12) for transporting condensate towards surrounding pipe walls; and liquid absorbing cores (14) are arranged on inner sides of the supporting plates (13). Micro-nano machining is carried out on an evaporation surface, such that the functions of transporting liquid directionally without a pump and concentrating reflux condensate are achieved; patterning super-hydrophilic and super-hydrophobic machining is carried out on a condensation surface, and condensate is driven to migrate to the surrounding pipe walls, such that the condensate reflux speed is increased; and liquid absorbing core structures on the upper and lower surfaces are omitted, thereby reducing heat resistance, increasing the evaporation and condensation speed and improving heat exchange performance of an evaporation region and a condensation region, and thus the heat exchange performance of the whole flat-plate heat pipe is improved.
