Abstract:

A flat plate sample holder expanding structure for use in vacuum, used for conveying a flat plate sample holder (300) in a vacuum environment. The flat plate sample holder expanding structure is detachably fixedly connected to a flat plate sample holder tray (200) by means of an adapter (100), and an accommodating space for accommodating the flat plate sample holder (300) is provided between the adapter (100) and the flat plate sample holder tray (200); the flat plate sample holder (300) is detachably fixed in the accommodating space; a cylindrical sample holder gripper (400) is detachably connected to the adapter (100). The purpose that the cylindrical sample holder gripper (400) conveys the flat plate sample holder (300) and samples thereon into a low-temperature strong magnetic field apparatus for sample replacement in a vacuum environment is realized. A vacuum measurement platform is built by integrating the apparatus using two types of sample holders.
