Abstract:
Provided is a fully-automatic control device for a composition of a K gold electroformed coating. The device comprises: feeding pumps (8, 9), a circuit pump (7), a digital ray generator (14), an SDD detector (15), a controller (16) and a heating coil (20). The controller (16) controls the digital ray generator (14) to generate a soft X-ray so as to irradiate a solution in the circuit pump (7), the SDD detector (15) acquires X fluorescent characteristic spectra generated by metal ions in the solution, and the controller (16) obtains the counting strength of metal ions in the solution according to the X fluorescent characteristic spectra and then carries out a quantitative calculation on the basis of a polynomial fitting algorithm of matrix correction combined with a solution temperature compensation algorithm to obtain the final ion concentration. A group of empirical curves are created on the basis of change parameters of the concentrations of metal ions in the solution, as well as composition analysis data and different electroplating voltages and temperatures of coatings of detected samples, and the controller (16) then controls and adjusts, when a system runs, the operation of the feeding pumps (8, 9) and the heating coil (20) on the basis of the existing empirical curves and current data, so as to control the concentrations of ions in a cylinder solution and the temperature inside a cylinder, thereby controlling the alloy proportion of the coatings. The solution can greatly improve the online production efficiency and the quality control for K gold electroforming.
