The present invention provides a flat wire motor stator and a flat wire motor. The flat wire motor stator comprises a stator core and a stator winding, the stator core being provided with stator slots. The stator winding adopts a flat wire winding and is arranged in the stator slots. Each stator slot is provided with multiple flat wire conductors. Each flat wire conductor comprises a coated layer of paint on the outer side and a wire core formed by splicing at least two conductor modules on the inner side. The matching surface of adjacent conductor modules forms a high-order interfacial resistor in the layer of paint such that a current in individual conductor modules is blocked when flowing to the high-order interfacial resistor and flows along the conductor modules instead. Therefore, the entire current of the flat wire conductor is diffused by the conductor modules, the current conduction efficiency of the flat wire conductor under a high-frequency alternating current is improved, and the skin effect generated by the high-frequency alternating current in the flat wire conductor is reduced. The present invention can significantly reduce winding heating and increase the service life of the motor.
