Abstract:
The present application discloses a graphene conductive bar squirrel-cage three-phase asynchronous motor, which comprises a rotor. The rotor comprises a rotor core, graphene conductive bars, and end rings, wherein the rotor core is formed by laminating silicon steel sheets, and the rotor core is provided with conductive bar grooves running through two ends of the rotor core; the graphene conductive bars are circumferentially pre-inserted into the conductive bar grooves; the end rings are cast-molded at the two ends of the rotor core, and the end rings are connected to the graphene conductive bars by melting. The conductive bars in the present application are graphene conductive bars, the graphene conductive bars are prefabricated and then pre-inserted into the rotor core, the graphene conductive bars do not require centrifugal casting or pressure aluminum casting, and during rotor machining, only the end rings need to be casted, so that the casting difficulty and the casting cost are reduced, and the casting process is improved; moreover, the graphene conductive bars are firmly connected to the end rings and are stable and comprehensive, so that short-circuit rings having stable quality can be formed, and the operation stability of the motor is improved.
