Abstract:
The present invention belongs to the technical field of advanced new materials, and relates to a flavonol compound, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof in the detection of biological mercaptan. The chemical structure thereof is as shown in formula I: R1 is selected from a strong electron-withdrawing group; and R2 is selected from H, an aryl group, a substituted aryl group, a furyl group, a substituted furyl group, a thienyl group, and a substituted thienyl group. The flavonol compound is used as a fluorescent probe, has the property of stable recognition of cysteine and homocysteine, and has the advantages of high sensitivity, good selectivity, low cost, etc.
