Abstract:
Disclosed is a floating return material crushing integrated multi-tower, comprising compacted flat ground (4), a material crushing production line and at least two single towers (1), wherein the single tower (1) is erected on the compacted flat ground (4) by a floating seismic frame; the single tower (1) comprises a single tower frame arranged vertically and provided with at least two layers, and a single tower envelope structure, and a height difference is provided between the layers of the same single tower frame; each layer of the single tower frame, according to the order of material feeding, crushing and screening, is provided with a crusher (7), a vibrating screen (8), or a feeder (10); the vibrating screen (8) of material equipment that is at the end of the material crushing production line is provided with a qualified material outlet and an unqualified material outlet; and the unqualified material outlet is connected, via a return material device, to the crusher (7) or the feeder (10) that directly conveys the material to the vibrating screen (8). The floating return material crushing integrated multi-tower occupies less land, is floating, and has a high material qualification rate.
