Abstract:
A floor drain with double traps, comprising a housing (1) and an upper lid (2); the housing (1) is concave-shaped, and a separation rib (13) is provided between a concave-shaped bearing platform (11) and a drain (12), the separation rib divides the concavity into an outer slot (14) and an inner slot (15); the bearing platform (11), the upper edge of the separating rib (13) and the upper edge of the drain(12) are arranged in descending order of height in the axial direction of the housing; the cylindrical surface of the outer edge of the upper lid (2) is provided with several notches (21), and the upper lid (2) is provided with an outer rib (24) and an inner rib (25) along the center lines of the outer slot (14) and the inner slot (15) corresponding to the housing (1); the notches on the cylindrical surface of the outer edge of the upper lid and gaps with the concave-shaped inner wall of the housing form a water inlet, the outer rib of the upper lid and the outer slot of the housing form an outer water trap, and the inner rib of the upper lid and the inner slot of the housing form an inner water trap. The drain of the floor drain enters directly into the drainage pipe, and the diameter is sufficiently large to ensure smooth drainage; the floor drain is provided with an inner trap and outer water trap, effectively preventing odor and insects; the upper lid merely rests on the housing, thus replaces and removes conveniently for cleaning. The floor drain is not only structurally novel, compact and sound, but also low in production cost and easy to install.

本实用新型涉及一种排水、 下水道技术领域， 更具体地说涉及一种具有双 存水弯的地漏。
背景技术：
现有技术中， 地漏是一种连接地面与排水管道系统的连接件
， 生活污水通 过地漏流入排水管道， 因此对于地漏的要求是： 排水通畅、 且能起到防返味、 防虫害等功能。 现有的地漏受地面粉饰层的高度及排水管尺寸
的制约， 排水通 -畅及防返味不能做到两全， 不是排水缓慢、 发生堵塞， 就是防臭、 防返味做得 不好， 是下水道技术中待解决的一个难题。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术不足之处而
提供一种既能排水通畅、 又 能防返味防虫的具有双存水弯的地漏。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来实现： 一种具有双存水弯的地漏， 具 有壳体、 上盖， 其特征在于， 所述壳体呈凹状， 凹状上口设有与上盖下端面轴 肩相对应的承台， 凹状中心为排水口， 凹状承台与排水口之间设有一道分隔肋， 分隔肋将凹状分割为外槽及内槽， 所述承台、 分隔肋上缘、 排水口上缘在壳体 轴线方向依次降低， 所述上盖外缘柱面设有若千缺口， 上盖下端面设有轴肩及 在与壳体相对应的外槽、 内槽中心线处设有外肋、 内肋， 上盖通过下端面的轴 肩搁置在壳体凹状的承台上， 上盖外缘柱面的缺口及与壳体凹状内壁的间隙
构 成进水口， 上盖外肋与壳体外槽构成外存水弯， 上盖内肋与壳体内槽构成内存 水弯。
与现有技术相比， 本实用新型提出的具有双存水弯的地漏，.具
如下优点：
1 ) 地漏排水口直接进入排水管道， 且口径足够大， 确保排水通畅； 2 ) 地漏设 有内外双存水弯， 防返味、 防虫害效果好； 3 ) 上盖仅搁置在壳体上， 覆盖及取 下做清洁工作非常方便。 本实用新型结构新颖、 紧凑、 合理， 生产成本低、 安 装简便， 可推广使用。

图 1〜图 2给出了本实用新型实施例结构示意图。 图中， 一种具有双存水弯 的地漏， 具有壳体, 1、 上盖 2, 所述壳体 1呈凹状， 凹状上口设有与上盖 2下端 面轴肩相对应的承台 11， 凹状中心为排水口 12， 凹状承台 11与排水口 12之间 设有一道分隔肋 13， 分隔肋将凹状分割为外槽 14及内槽 15， 所述承台 11、 分 隔肋 13上缘、 排水口 12上缘在壳体 1轴线方向依次降低， 所述上盖 2外缘柱 面设有若千缺口 21 , 上盖 2下端面设有轴肩及在与壳体 1相对应的外槽 14、 内 槽 15中心线处设有外肋 24、 内肋 25， 上盖 2通过下端面的轴肩搁置在壳体 1 凹状的承台 11上， 上盖 2外缘柱面的缺口 21及与壳体 1凹状内壁的间隙构成 进水口， 上盖 2外肋 24与壳体外槽 14构成外存水弯， 上盖 2内肋 25与壳体 1 内槽 15构成内存水弯。
本实用新型是这样工作的： 地漏低于厨房或卫生间的地面， 生活污水排放 时经上盖外缘柱面的缺口及与壳体凹状内壁之
间的间隙构成的进水口流入地漏 内， 缺口及间隙不大， 故尺寸较大的污物被排出在地漏之外， 生活污水进入外 存水弯溢入内存水弯之后再通过排水口溢入排
水管， 因设计中保证了流通道的 截面尺寸， 故流水顺畅； 其次因壳体承台、 分隔肋上缘、 排水口上缘在壳体轴 线方向依次降低， 所以内、 外存水弯内均形成水封， 能有效地防止返味及防害 虫。 本产品的上盖覆盖在壳体上， 取下清洁也十分方便。
上述实施例并不构成对本实用新型的限制， 凡采用等同替换或等效变换的 形式所获得的技术方案， 均落在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
