Disclosed is a flow splitting device comprising: a first member 31 having one or more first connection portions 31a; a second member 33 having one or more second connection portions 33a, 33b; and a third member 32 disposed between the first member and the second member and having a functional portion that acts on a refrigerant. The number of second connection portions differs from the number of first connection portions. The vicinity of one end portion of the first member 31 is covered from the outside by the vicinity of one end portion of the third member 32, and the vicinity of the other end portion of the third member 32 is covered from the outside by the vicinity of one end portion of the second member 33, whereby a refrigerant flow path that passes through the third member is formed between the one or more first connection portions and the one or more second connection portions. The outer diameter (D1) of the one end portion of the first member is equal to or less than the inner diameter (d3) of the one end portion of the third member, the outer diameter (D3) of the other end portion of the third member is equal to or less than the inner diameter (d2) of the one end portion of the second member, and the outer diameter (D1) of the one end portion of the first member is equal to or less than the inner diameter (d2) of the one end portion of the second member. Thus, an increase in the dimensions in the radial direction is suppressed.
