Abstract:
Provided is an ultra-fine bubble generating device capable of generating ultra-fine bubbles efficiently in a fluid. This fluid activating device is provided with a cylindrical shaft, a tubular body which includes a hollow portion, and which accommodates the shaft with a prescribed spacing between the inner circumferential surface of the hollow portion and the outer circumferential surface of the shaft, and a plurality of blades which are provided between the outer circumferential surface of the shaft and the inner circumferential surface of the tubular body, which form a flow passage extending in a helical shape from one end side of the tubular body toward the other end side thereof, and which generate a turbulent flow in a fluid flowing through the flow passage, wherein a plurality of ribs comprising ridges extending in the axial direction of the shaft are provided on the inner circumferential surface of the tubular body.
