Abstract:
A demineralization apparatus 12 (fluid treatment apparatus) comprises: a first water treatment unit 26 (fluid treatment unit) provided with a reverse osmosis membrane to separate a fluid being treated into a permeate fluid passing through the reverse osmosis membrane and a concentrate fluid which does not include the permeate fluid; a water recovery unit 28 (fluid recovery unit) provided with a reverse osmosis membrane to separate the concentrate fluid into a recovered fluid passing through the reverse osmosis membrane and a waste fluid which does not include the recovered fluid; and a boost means for boosting the fluid pressure of the concentrate fluid so that the recovered fluid and the waste fluid can be continuously separated in the fluid recovery unit and delivering the concentrate fluid directly from the fluid treatment unit to the fluid recovery unit.
