Abstract:
Provided are a fluidized bed reactor, an apparatus, and a method for preparing low-carbon olefin from an oxygen-containing compound. The fluidized bed reactor comprises a reactor housing, a reaction zone, a coke regulation zone, and a conveying pipe; n baffle plates are arranged in the coke regulation zone; the n baffle plates divide the coke regulation zone into n sub coke regulation zones; the n sub coke regulation zones comprise a first sub coke regulation zone, and second to nth sub coke regulation zones; at least one catalyst flow-through hole is formed on each of n-1 baffle plates, so that a catalyst flows along a ring in the coke regulation zone; and n is an integer. The apparatus and method can be adapted for a new generation of DMTO catalysts having a high methanol treatment capability and high low-carbon olefin selectivity, and the production unit consumption is 2.50-2.58 ton of methanol/low-carbon olefin.
