Abstract:
This fluorescence measurement device 1A is provided with a fluorescent image acquisition unit 3 which acquires a fluorescent image containing an object, an interference image acquisition unit 2 which acquires an interference image containing the object, and a calculation unit 4. The calculation unit 4 calculates an optical thickness image on the basis of the interference image acquired by the interference image acquisition unit, and, in a region of interest set commonly in both the fluorescent image acquired by the fluorescent image acquisition unit and the optical thickness image, calculates the fluorescence expression rate of the object on the basis of the integral of the fluorescence intensity of the fluorescent image and the integral of the optical thickness of the optical thickness image. Thus, a fluorescence measurement device and fluorescence measurement method are achieved which can accurately calculate the fluorescence expression rate of an object in a region of interest.
