A fluorinated organosilicon compound represented by A?f¿SiR?1¿R?2¿OH (wherein A?f¿ is a fluorinated organic group such as C¿8?F¿17?(CH¿2?)¿3?-; and R?1¿ and R?2¿ each is a monovalent hydrocarbon group such as methyl). It is excellent in lubricity, water-and-oil repellency, oil resistance, chemical resistance, etc. and can impart satisfactory waterdrop repellency when used as a surface-treating agent.
