Abstract:
Provided are: a novel fluorine-containing compound which is applicable to both a dry process and a wet process and is useful as an organic semiconductor material that has high carrier mobility; and a method for producing the fluorine-containing compound. The present invention relates to a fluorine-containing compound represented by formula (2).
(In the formula, Rf1 represents a fluorine-containing alkyl group having 1-12 carbon atoms, wherein one or more fluorine atoms are directly bonded to a carbon atom that serves as a bonding hand; and m represents an integer of 1 or more, and n represents an integer of 0 or more, with (m + n) being an integer of 1-4 (inclusive).)
