Title:
FLUORORESIN, METHOD FOR PRODUCING SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING FLUORORESIN PARTICLES
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/075724
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention is: a fluororesin which contains a residue unit represented by general formula (1), gives a hot pressed molded article having a haze value of 2% or less (at a thickness of 1 mm) and has a low haze value as a molten molding; and a method for producing same. In formula (1), Rf1, Rf2, Rf3 and Rf4 each independently denote one type selected from the group consisting of a fluorine atom, a straight chain perfluoroalkyl group having 1-7 carbon atoms, a branched chain perfluoroalkyl group having 3-7 carbon atoms and a cyclic perfluoroalkyl group having 3-7 carbon atoms. A perfluoroalkyl group may have an etheric oxygen atom. Rf1, Rf2, Rf3 and Rf4 may bond to each other to form a ring having 4-8 carbon atoms. The ring may be one that includes an etheric oxygen atom. The present invention is also a method for producing particles of a fluororesin that includes a fluorine-containing aliphatic ring structure. The method includes a precipitation step in which particles of a fluororesin (A) that includes a fluorine-containing aliphatic ring structure are precipitated by lowering the temperature of a fluororesin (A) solution in which the fluororesin (A) is dissolved in a solvent (B). The method exhibits excellent productivity and enables removal of foreign objects.
