Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a flushing water recirculation system and method for a mist eliminator. An outlet of a mist eliminator flushing water tank is in communication with an inlet of a mist eliminator flushing water pump. An outlet of a recycled water tank is in communication with an inlet of a recycled water pump. An outlet of the recycled water pump and an outlet of the mist eliminator flushing water pump are merged by means of a pipeline and are then put in communication with one end of a clear water tank flushing water valve and a mist eliminator flushing water pipeline. The other end of the clear water tank flushing water valve is in communication with a clear water tank. A top opening of a mist eliminator flushing water collection tank faces the lower end of the mist eliminator. A bottom outlet of the mist eliminator flushing water collection tank is in communication with one end of a drain pipe of the water collection tank. The other end of the drain pipe of the water collection tank is inserted into the clear water tank. The top of the clear water tank is provided with a clear water tank bank overflow tank. An outlet of the clear water tank bank overflow tank is in communication with the recycled water tank. The present system and method can achieve the flushing water recirculation for a mist eliminator in an adsorption column, and reduces water consumption.
