Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to separate a gas that does not contain a flux component from a gaseous mixture that contains a flux component and recover the flux component. This flux recovery device is provided with: a first water spray unit (20A) that sprays water into a gaseous mixture that contains a flux component; a separation unit (10) that comprises an introduction port that introduces the gaseous mixture into which water has been sprayed from the first water spray unit (20A), and that uses a swirling flow to separate the flux component from the gaseous mixture; and a second water spray unit (20B) that forms a precipitation flow inside of the separation unit (10).
