Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to separate a gas that does not contain a flux component from a gaseous mixture that contains a flux component and recover the flux component. Water vapor that is generated within a separation unit is cooled by a condensation means, recovered as water droplets, and reused. This flux recovery device is provided with: a first water spray unit (20A) that sprays water into a gaseous mixture that contains a flux component; a separation unit (10) that comprises an introduction port that introduces the gaseous mixture into which water has been sprayed from the first water spray unit (20A), and that uses a swirling flow to separate the flux component from the gaseous mixture; a second water spray unit (20B) that forms a precipitation flow inside of the separation unit (10); and a condensation means (17) that cools water vapor that is generated within the separation unit (10), changes said water vapor into water droplets, and removes the result.
