Disclosed is a folding electronic apparatus, comprising a first apparatus body, a second apparatus body, a receiver, an antenna, and a first switch control circuit. The antenna comprises a main radiator and a first parasitic radiator; the main radiator is arranged on the first apparatus body; the first parasitic radiator and the receiver are arranged on the second apparatus body; when the folding electronic apparatus is in a folded state, the main radiator is arranged opposite to the first parasitic radiator at a first spacing, and is coupled to the first parasitic radiator by means of the first spacing. The first switch control circuit comprises a first switch device and a plurality of different first matching branches arranged in parallel; one end of the first switch control circuit is connected to the ground of the second apparatus body, and the other end of the first switch control circuit is connected to the first parasitic radiator. According to the present application, in a folded state, antenna performance in a free space scene or a hand holding scene can be improved, and antenna performance of an antenna at the top in a head-close hand holding scene can also be improved.
