Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a food packaging method that makes it possible to perform packaging work in a clean space. [Solution] The method includes a food placement step of placing food 1 on a workbench 3, a purifier arrangement step of arranging at least one air purifier 10 having a suction surface 10a for sucking air and a blowing surface 10b for purifying and blowing out the sucked air, and a packaging step of packaging the food 1 on the upstream side of the suction surface 10a or the downstream side of the blowing surface 10b. In the purifier arrangement step, the first air purifiers may be arranged around the workbench 3 so that the suction surfaces 10a face the food 1 side. In the packaging step, the food 1 may be packaged between the food 1 and the suction surface 10a.
