Abstract:
A food processor capable of axially positioning a screw shaft. The food processor comprises an upper cover (100) for feeding material and a grinding device, wherein the grinding device comprises a shell (200); a screw shaft (210) for driving a grinding mechanism (211) to rotate is arranged in the shell (200); an annular groove is arranged in the periphery of the screw shaft (210); a driving mechanism (400) and a positioning mechanism are arranged on the shell; the driving mechanism (400) is arranged in the shell (200) in a liftable manner; a rebounding piece (500) is arranged between the shell (200) and the driving mechanism (400); the top of the driving mechanism (400) abuts against the upper cover (100), and an inclined block is arranged at the bottom of the driving mechanism; and a slope face matching the inclined block is arranged at one end of the positioning mechanism, and the other end thereof is clamped with the annular groove. By means of pressing an upper end of the driving mechanism (400) by using the upper cover (100), a self-positioning cooperating structure is formed by the inclined block of the driving mechanism (400) and the slope face of the positioning mechanism, and clamping between the positioning mechanism and the annular groove of the screw shaft (210) is realized, such that axial displacement is prevented, the grinding accuracy is improved, and noise is reduced; and after the upper cover (100) is opened, positioning of the screw shaft (210) is released, such that abrasion between parts is reduced, and the service life is prolonged.
